2. Description of Service

DeeepSolve is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help Nigerian students prepare for examinations including JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board), WASSCE (West African Senior School Certificate Examination), NECO (National Examinations Council), and Post-UTME. Our Service includes:

• CBT Practice: Computer-Based Test simulation with past questions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers

DeeepSolve offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access to questions, CBT practice, and AI solver with daily usage limits
• Basic: Extended access with higher daily limits and additional features
• Pro: Full access to all features with maximum daily limits

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise indicated.

4.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to paid plans. After this period, fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use DeeepSolve only for lawful educational purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share or distribute exam questions or AI-generated content in a manner that facilitates cheating or academic dishonesty
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or code designed to harm our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software

6.2 Exam Questions

Past exam questions displayed on our platform are sourced from publicly available examination materials. These questions are used for educational purposes. The original intellectual property rights remain with the respective examination bodies (JAMB, WASSCE, NECO, and universities).

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Explanations and solutions generated by our AI features are provided for your personal educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without our permission.

7. AI Service Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features are designed to assist your learning but come with important limitations:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated explanations and solutions may contain errors. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.
• Educational Aid Only: Our AI is a study tool, not a substitute for proper learning, textbooks, or qualified teachers.
• No Exam Results Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes. Success depends on your effort, preparation, and many other factors.
• Subject to Availability: AI features may be unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or usage limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DeeepSolve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeeepSolve, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: First attempting to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations by contacting us at support@deeepsolve.com
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, through mediation conducted in Abuja, Nigeria
3. Litigation: If mediation fails, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abuja, Nigeria

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability
