Copyright and Takedown Requests

Last Updated: October 23, 2026

DeeepSolve respects the rights of the exam bodies and other creators whose work students learn from. Past exam questions are the work of the bodies that set them — the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and the National Examinations Council (NECO) — and remain their copyright. DeeepSolve is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by any of them.

1. How We Use Past Questions

We reproduce past exam questions so that students can practise for their exams: answering them, checking their answers and understanding the topics behind them. Alongside the questions, DeeepSolve shows its own explanations, AI-generated explanations and study notes.

If you hold the rights to any material on DeeepSolve and do not want it shown, or want it credited differently, tell us and we will act on it.

2. How to Send a Request

Email support@deeepsolve.com with the subject line "Copyright request". We reply within 72 hours. Please include:

  • Your name, your organisation (if any) and how we can contact you
  • The work you own or represent (for example, the exam, subject and year of a past paper)
  • Where it appears on DeeepSolve: the page links, or the exam, subject and year, so we can find every copy
  • What you would like us to do: remove it, credit it differently or correct it
  • A statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner, and that the information in your request is accurate

3. What Happens Next

  • We confirm we have received your request within 72 hours.
  • We review the material you identified and, where your request is valid, remove or change it.
  • We tell you what we did. If we need more information to find the material, we will ask.

Content removed from the website can take a little longer to disappear from search engines' results, and from copies already downloaded for offline practice in the Android app until the app next syncs.

4. Mistakes in a Question or Answer

Spotted a wrong answer, a typo or a missing diagram? Report it in DeeepSolve where you see a Report option (every AI answer has one), or email us. Reports help us fix the question bank for everyone.

5. DeeepSolve's Own Content

DeeepSolve's explanations, study notes, software and design belong to DeeepSolve. How you may use them is set out in our Terms of Service.
