Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paystack, including debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. All major Nigerian banks are supported.

How many questions can I practice daily?

Free users get limited daily questions. Basic and Pro subscribers get higher or unlimited daily limits. Check our pricing page for details.

Can I use DeeepSolve offline?

Currently, DeeepSolve requires an internet connection. We're working on offline features for future updates.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard > Subscription > Manage Subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription'. You'll retain access until your billing period ends.

Is my progress saved automatically?

Yes! Your practice sessions, scores, and progress are automatically saved to your account and synced across devices.
